To be considered, all contributions and submissions must be submitted via email. Please include:

- A brief outline of your article idea
- An author biography
- Rich media such as original photography, graphics and video
Tips for successful approval
- Original content with source links
- Minimum word count: 400 for news releases; 750 for everything else
- Content areas: please familiarise yourself with content on the site
- Submissions can include: thought pieces; news releases; guides; commentary pieces
- We reserve the right to edit content
